Networking Service (Neutron) upgrade

We will be upgrading the Nectar Research Cloud Networking service on Tuesday 6 October 2026 between 10:00 and 17:00 AEDT. We do not expect any interruption to network connectivity for running instances. During the upgrade, you may briefly be unable to create or change networks, routers, security groups or floating IPs. Requests that fail should succeed if you retry them shortly after. No action is required from users.
