Tasmanian RDS/RDSI storage is still in a degraded state. We do not recommend making changes to the shared filesystem while in this state. Users of the shared filesystem may hang using df, ls and other filesystem commands. This does not impact storage on Tasmania Nectar instances or volumes, only the Tasmanian RDS/RDSI shared filesystem storage service. There is no estimated resolution time at this point. If you would like a more personalised response, please feel free to post on the eResearch Tasmania slack or log a ticket for Digital Research in Service Now.

Resolved
The RDS/RDSI issue has been isolated down to a single user who has been contacted. Our support vendor has responded and we have provided initial diagnostic information to them and are awaiting further instruction. For everybody else RDS/RDSI should be responding normally. If you are experiencing ongoing issues please report them via the usual channels. Thank you for your ongoing cooperation.
