    A network disruption at an upstream provider is being restored to service. Most VMs and services are operational, however changes to VM state or other actions performed via the Nectar Dashboard remain unavailable.

    OpenStack services are down, e.g. you cannot see the list of VMs on the dashboard. However, the VM network is operational, so you can still access your VMs normally.
