Auckland VPN blocks access to Nectar IP range 130.216.216.0/23

We have identified an issue with the University of Auckland VPN that VMs with classic network (ranging from 130.216.216.1 to 130.216.217.255) are inaccessible through it. Floating IP range (130.216.254.0/24) is not affected. We're working with the University VPN team to resolve it now. Meanwhile, researchers can access their VMs through:

- Linux instances: disconnect your VPN, you should be able to login via SSH.
- Windows instance: you can access via https://dashboard.rc.nectar.org.au/ and go to your instance console.

    The University IT has fixed the firewall issue. Accessing Nectar instances via VPN should be fine now.

    The University of Auckland network team identified and fixed the problem. Access to Nectar@Auckland VMs from University of Auckland VPN IP ranges works again.
