We have identified a network issue in Auckland, researchers might not be able to access their instances via public networks. It also affects the Nectar dashboard. Users might not be able to launch new instances.
If you can't connect to your instances, the current workaround is to connect to the University VPN and try again.
Launching new instances is not possible now. Please wait for the problem to be updated.

Service is back to normal. The issue was caused by faulty network equipment in the Tamaki data centre, which has been replaced.
