Volume service (Cinder) - increase in errors

We are experiencing an increase in errors for the Volume service (Cinder) since 2024-11-10 04:00:00 AEDT. We are investigating the issue and will post an update when we know more.

    We have managed to stabilised the Volume Service around 15:00:00 AEDT. Due to the errors, there may be volumes that are stuck in interim states like 'detaching', 'attaching', 'deleting'. If you have stuck volumes and are unable to reset the state, please open a support ticket for assistance.
