Emergency Restart of Hypervisor s6-cn03

The hypervisor has developed an issue that is preventing user servers from mounting volumes.

The hypervisor must be urgently restarted to prevent data loss.

All user servers will be stopped prior to restart.

Once the hardware issue has been resolved, all user servers will be restarted.
