We are aware of some issues with Advanced Networking traffic across the Research Cloud.

Traffic reaching Floating IPs and Routers appears to be failing.

We are investigating the issue and will provide updates as more becomes known.

    The issue was caused by network maintenance at the University of Melbourne which caused BGP routing to fail between the Advanced Networking controllers.

    The service has now normalised. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    There may still be short periods of interruption as the maintenance progresses. We will update again when the maintenance is over.
