[Planned Maintenance] Auckland Network Pathway Migration

Notice: Due to the decommissioning of the OGG datacenter at the University of Auckland, we are migrating our secondary internet link to an alternative REANNZ pathway.

Impact: While this migration has been successfully tested and we do not anticipate any service downtime, this is a significant update to our core networking infrastructure. Auckland users may experience brief, intermittent disruptions in the unlikely event of a technical complication during the cutover.
