Compute Node Disruption Across Multiple Sites

We are investigating an outage affecting ARDC compute nodes, with some compute nodes at other sites also impacted. The issue affects API access in certain zones. Existing resources will continue running and are accessible, but the issue affects Dashboard and API commands.

- New instances cannot be launched in affected zones

- Existing resources cannot be managed (e.g. shelved, resized) via API or Dashboard
