The Nectar Cloud remains safe and has not been compromised. This is a proactive, preventative step to keep it that way.

Due to rapid changes in the global cybersecurity landscape, specifically malicious use of AI tools to find vulnerabilities, we must act swiftly to patch a critical security flaw. This requires an emergency maintenance window.

Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (NZST)

What

We'll apply security patches for all Auckland Hypervisors.

Impact to You

Researcher action required: Please safely shut down critical workloads or back up your data before 9:00 AM NZST on Wednesday, 15 July to prevent data loss.
Nectar Cloud services may be completely unavailable during this time.
Running VMs may experience sudden interruptions, restarts, or downtime.
